Q: Do you take my insurance?

A: We are in network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO. If you don’t have this insurance, you can still call our office to find out about your out-of-network insurance benefits. We have cash rates available also.

Q: How long does an appointment last?

A: A first appointment is approximately one hour. After that, depending on the necessary treatment, we typically spend 30 to 45 minutes.

Q: How will I know if you are the right choice to help with my health issue?

A: For a basic list of conditions we commonly treat, see “Conditions We Treat” on our main page. If your issue isn’t on there, but you’d still like to see if we can help, please call our office. If we believe someone can help you more than us, we will ALWAYS guide you in the direction we feel will give you the best results.

Q: Do I need to get imaging (x-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound)?

A: If we believe the findings on the image or a referral to another specialist will determine the course of care, we will always send for an image or refer to another healthcare professional. We will make this determination during the examination. Imaging should ONLY be used for diagnostic purposes.

Q: What will I need at the first appointment?

A: Once you set the appointment, the new patient paperwork will either be e-mailed to you or you can complete it in office. Along with this, you will need to bring your driver’s license and your insurance card.
